We operate our own purpose-built structural steel facility, giving us greater control over delivery and driving efficiency across every project.

High Capacity Production

From our 3,200sqm facility, we can produce up to 50 tonnes of steel per week. Equipped with two gantry cranes, automated CNC machinery and a SmartLine roller conveyor shot blast system, we deliver reliable, high-quality production every time.

Protective Low VOC Coating

Our manufactured steel is coated with a primer compatible with all popular topcoat paints. The primer forms a protective barrier against rust, and provides lasting corrosion resistance which extends the lifespan of the coated surface. It adheres strongly to reduce the risk of peeling or flaking.

Streamlined Construction

By manufacturing and fabricating our own steel, we can prepare, store and deliver components when your project is ready for erection. This reduces downtime and accelerates delivery, keeping your project on schedule.

Seamless Integration

Our steel factory sits right beside our precast concrete plant, allowing structural steel and concrete panels to be installed together. Coordinated drafting ensures exact interface alignment, enhancing accuracy and improving overall construction efficiency.
