A secure new facility for Storage Spot

Storage Spot required a premium, multi-level storage facility capable of accommodating a high volume of units while maintaining operational efficiency and security. We completed this quality development ahead of program and under budget.

Engineered for capacity, safety and efficiency

The structural design includes a steel portal frame, precast panels, and metal cladding, maximising durability and visual appeal. With 166 sqm of office space, four 1,500 kg goods and passenger lifts, and a 93 m³ concrete in-ground OSD tank, this was a sizable project.

Our in-house project management team ensured a smooth process from design to completion and handover, with the project finishing ahead of schedule and well within the client’s budget.

Details

We delivered a two-level storage complex on a 6,209 sqm site, with a building gross floor area of 7,581 sqm housing 511 individual units. The facility is also fitted with state-of-the-art security and CCTV systems, ensuring efficiency, safety and reliability.
