The 2,572 sqm facility combines an 8.8 metre high clear-span warehouse with double-storey office space, offering uninterrupted floor area for warehousing, logistics and trade-based businesses. Five extra-large automated roller doors support efficient heavy vehicle movement, while refined architectural elements, including sleek glass shopfront doors, enhance street presence. Delivered through Akura’s integrated model, the project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality, functional industrial space built to perform.
