Akura delivered a premium industrial warehouse development comprising 35 architecturally designed suites, purpose-built to maximise functionality on a challenging L-shaped site. Designed and constructed for durability, flexibility and long-term performance, the project reflects our expertise in delivering efficient, high-quality industrial environments.


Smart design
The development includes 35 industrial warehouse suites ranging from 65sqm to 150sqm, each designed with high-clearance warehousing and clear-span internal layouts to maximise usable floor space. Full-height precast concrete load-bearing walls provide structural integrity and security, while provision for mezzanine installation supports future expansion as businesses grow.
Modern architectural detailing, including decorative awnings and glazed shopfront entries, enhances the professional presentation of each suite without compromising practicality.
Overview
Purpose-built for owner-occupiers and investors, the complex balances efficient site planning with durable construction. The L-shaped parcel required intelligent master planning to optimise vehicle circulation, drive-in drive-out access and consistent functionality across all 35 units.
Key construction features include a steel frame with insulated metal roof cladding, high bay LED warehouse lighting, electric roller shutters and compliant glazing to BCA standards. A total of 43 on-site car spaces and landscaped green areas contribute to a practical, well-considered industrial environment.
Our Process
Delivered as a turnkey design and construct project, our in-house team managed planning, engineering, manufacturing and construction to ensure quality control and programme certainty at every stage.
By coordinating structural steel fabrication, precast panel manufacturing and on-site construction, we maintained efficiency while meeting zoning and compliance requirements under Orange City Council’s E4 General Industrial framework.
