Comprising 11 architecturally designed industrial units ranging from 187 sqm to 490 sqm, the development caters to a broad range of commercial uses. Each unit offers high-clearance warehousing, mezzanine levels and internal amenities, supported by full-height precast panels.

Delivered as a full turnkey solution, the project showcases Akura’s integrated design and construction expertise, ensuring quality, efficiency and strong market appeal.

Our in-house design team worked closely with stakeholders to create an efficient site layout and practical unit configurations that suit a variety of end users. The structural steel and precast panels were manufactured in our own facilities in Kelso, ensuring tight quality control and construction efficiency throughout the project.

Sydney’s unpredictable weather patterns presented timing challenges, but our project delivery team ensured the project sustained momentum and met all key milestones.
