Our in-house design team worked closely with stakeholders to create an efficient site layout and practical unit configurations that suit a variety of end users. The structural steel and precast panels were manufactured in our own facilities in Kelso, ensuring tight quality control and construction efficiency throughout the project.
Sydney’s unpredictable weather patterns presented timing challenges, but our project delivery team ensured the project sustained momentum and met all key milestones.
