The developer trusted our team to heed their priority considerations for the project, including convenient use and a structure that blended in well with the surrounding area.

The development comprises 14 warehouses, ranging from 172 sqm to 221 sqm, constructed using quality precast concrete for durability and security. High-clearance warehousing, automated roller doors, individual amenities and designated car parking were integrated to support practical, day-to-day operations.
