We delivered 14 modern warehouse suites ranging from 164 sqm to 360 sqm, featuring high-clearance warehousing, full-height precast concrete panels and extra-large automated roller shutters for seamless access. Large shopfront glazing, decorative awnings and individual amenities create professional, modern environments, while designated car spaces and landscaped areas enhance usability. The project demonstrates a thoughtful balance of design integrity, operational efficiency and strong market appeal.

Clear-span warehousing and provisions for optional mezzanine installation enhance flexibility, while high-quality materials ensure long-term durability and low maintenance.
Our Process
Delivered as a turnkey design and construct project, our integrated team managed planning, engineering and construction to maintain quality control and programme certainty. The use of full-height precast load-bearing walls and structural steel—manufactured with precision—ensured strong build performance and efficient delivery from design through to completion.
