Purpose-built to respond to strong demand for strata industrial space in Kelso, the 20-unit complex was designed to maximise functionality across the 7,726 sqm site while maintaining efficient circulation and clear access for heavy vehicles. Each unit includes designated parking, modern architectural detailing and secure full-height precast concrete construction, creating a cohesive industrial environment that balances durability with professional presentation and long-term asset value.
Our Process
Delivered as a turnkey design and construct project, our integrated team managed planning, engineering and construction to optimise site coverage and streamline build efficiency. The use of 150mm full-height precast load-bearing walls, steel framing and compliant roofing insulation ensured structural integrity and thermal performance, while coordinated delivery allowed the development to progress efficiently from concept through to completion.
