This industrial development showcases Akura’s expertise in precast concrete panel construction and high-performance warehouse design. Comprising 31 premium units ranging from 147sqm to 584sqm, the project was designed to deliver flexibility, durability and long-term asset value.
Full-height concrete panels provide structural strength, thermal efficiency and enhanced security, while clearspan warehouse layouts maximise usable floor space. Six-metre internal clearances allow for vertical storage capability and operational adaptability, supporting businesses as they scale. Our Process
As a fully integrated design and construct partner, we managed the project from concept planning through to completion. Our in-house team coordinated architectural design, structural engineering, manufacturing and construction to maintain control over quality, programme and cost.
By leveraging our expertise in industrial warehouse construction across NSW, we delivered a streamlined build process that reduced risk and ensured consistency across all 31 units. Site planning prioritised truck manoeuvrability, efficient traffic flow and compliant E4 General Industrial zoning requirements, ensuring the development performs operationally as well as structurally.
