Troy Wallace

Chief Executive Officer

Akura was founded from Troy’s belief that industrial construction could be smarter, faster and better. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in structural steel and precast construction, Troy established Akura with a clear vision: to redefine what excellence looks like in industrial construction.

Driven by a deep respect for precision, efficiency and collaboration, Troy is inspired by the transformative role industrial buildings play in supporting Australia’s economic growth. His passion lies not only in how buildings are constructed, but in how they enable businesses, communities and people to thrive.

After a period away from day-to-day operations, Troy has returned to a more hands-on leadership role, shaping Akura’s future through strategic growth, investment in Australian manufacturing and business development. Known for his solution focused mindset and visionary leadership style, he empowers teams to think boldly, act decisively and deliver with certainty and confidence.

At the heart of Troy’s leadership is a commitment to long term partnerships and enduring value. As Akura continues to evolve, he remains focused on building with integrity, innovation and care — creating spaces that stand the test of time and a business that sets new benchmarks for the industry.
